Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to build and send a supplement protocol:

Step 1: Go to the Catalog section in your portal.

Use the search bar or categories to find supplements by name, brand, or your favorites.

Click "Details" to view the supplement facts.

Click “Add” to include the supplement in your protocol.

Step 2: Set the daily pill count for each supplement.

Choose when the supplement should be taken: AM, MIDDAY, or PM.

Step 3: Set an optional first order subscription discount (you can discount up to your margin). All protocols default to a 30-day subscription.

Step 4: Share with the client - Click "Share with Client". Select an existing client or add a new one. Your client will receive a text and/or email with a link to their protocol.

Once they complete the purchase, we will package and ship the protocol directly to them.
Step 1: Go to the Client section in your portal.

Step 2: Click the client's name.

Step 3: In the Active Protocol section click "View More" to see what you sent to the client.

Step 4: In the Order History section you can see if they clicked the email and/or text and purchased the supplements.

Step 4: In the Subscriptions section you can see any of their active subscriptions.
Step 1: Go to the Client section in your portal.

Step 2: Click the client's name.

Step 3: In the Active Protocol section click "Copy Short URL."

Step 4: Send this link to your client and they will be able to access the protocol to purchase.
Step 1: Go to the Catalog section in your portal.

Step 2: Browse the catalog for the supplements you like

Step 3: Click the star icon on the upper right of the product card until it turns yellow

Step 4: Access your favorites by clicking "Show Only Favorites" in the filter section of the catalog.
Step 1: Go to the Catalog section in your portal.

Step 2: Build your protocol.

Step 3: Click "Save Stack"

Step 4: Name your protocol.

Step 5: Clic "share with clinic" if you want everyone in your clinic to have access to this protocol.

Step 6: Click "Save Template Stack."

Step 7: Access your saved protocol stacks in the Stacks section of your portal.

Step 8: When you want to use the protocol for a client, go to Stacks, find the protocol and click "Add to Protocol"
→ Delete Client: Click the client and then click the 3 dots on the upper right and choose archive client.

→ Delete Protocol Stack: Click the protocol stack and then click Details, click the 3 dots on the upper right and choose Archive Stack.
Follow these steps to modify a client's subscription:

Step 1: Go to the Client section in your portal and click the client you want to modify.

Step 2: In the subscriptions section, click "edit" on the active protocol and then click "update".

Step 3: Click "continue" to acknowledge that you have your client's approval to modify their subscription.

Step 4: You will now be able to add and/or delete supplements, change the delivery cadence and/or pause/cancel the subscription. Once the changes are made, click save and the modified protocol will be shipped out on the next scheduled shipment.
Follow these steps to build and sand purchase a supplement protocol on behalf of a client:

Step 1: Go to the Catalog section in your portal.

Use the search bar or categories to find supplements by name, brand, or your favorites.

Click "Details" to view the supplement facts.

Click “Add” to include the supplement in your protocol.

Step 2: Set the daily pill count for each supplement.

Choose when the supplement should be taken: AM, MIDDAY, or PM.

Step 3: Choose "Dropship" in the top menu drop-down.

Step 4: Click "Check out". Select an existing client or add a new one.

Step 5: Enter client's shipping information. Click "proceed to check out." Click the disclaimer.

Step 6: Double check that it is your email. Double check that the shipping information is correct. Add the clinic's credit card info. Click "pay now."

Once you complete the purchase, we will package and ship the protocol directly to your client.

Owner/Admin Features

→ Step 1: Click your name/clinic on the bottom left and choose Settings.

→ Step 2: Click Team.

→ Step 3: Add the name and email address for the team member you would like to invite and then click "Invite."
→ Step 1: Click your name/clinic on the bottom left and choose Settings.

→ Step 2: Click Catalog.

→ Step 3: In this screen you can remove products or brands from your catalog
